Everybody knows the taste of pastila from childhood. The homeland of the Russian pastel is the ancient city of Kolomna, located in the southeast of the Moscow region. It is there that we will visit on the first day of our journey and learn the secrets of production of not only pastila, but also Russian kalachas.
We will continue our delicious journey in the Cheese Village, where we will try unusual cheese Ryazan truffles. We will spend almost two days in unison with nature on the bank of the Oka River tributary. Fish that will be caught can be immediately tasted by roasting or burying.

On the first day we go to the south-east of the Moscow region to the ancient city of Kolomna - the apple region, where since the time of Catherine the Great they have been making pastilles. We are going to visit a factory and a museum, where we can drink tea with sweets and take part in a master class on making pastila. We will also visit the famous Kalachnaya, where we will learn all the secrets of baking kalacha.

Day 2: Cheese making and fishing
On the second day we go to the farm cheese dairy, which is located near the small quiet town of Lukhovitsy. Here they will tell you about the secrets of making the most delicious goat cheese and, of course, everything will be tasted!
The rest of the day will take place in the ecotourism center "Berkhino", where you can go cycling or fishing.

The third day - fishing, rest and return to Moscow.
