A gastronomic journey to two different culinary traditions awaits you: European and Russian. We'll start with the European one: we'll visit cheese dairies, where we'll try cheese candies and different kinds of cheese, watch the work of cheeses and make mozzarella, and then learn more about chocolate and learn to make chocolate candies. On the second day Russian delicacies are waiting for us: cold and hot smoked sturgeon, pies and roasts from a Russian oven, crabs, shrimps and clams from Kamchatka and many other things. You'll learn how to bake shanezhka on your own and visit the sturgeon farm, where you'll have a look at the boy's shop and see how sturgeons are grown; stroke 8 kg of Siberian sturgeon and take a photo with live sturgeon.

Day 1: Cheese and chocolate day


You will taste cheese candy and watch the work of the cheese factory, learn how to make chocolate figurines and have dinner in a restaurant with the atmosphere of a noble manor.

On this day you will bake shanezhki and have lunch from a real Russian furnace; you will visit the small shop and see how sturgeons are grown; pet 8 kg of Siberian sturgeon and take pictures with live sturgeon; try hot and cold smoked sturgeon.
